The Irish Countrywomen’s Association (ICA) is the largest women’s association in Ireland, with over 440 guilds across the country and around 8000 members.

The Dublin Federation has 30 guilds, with nearly 1000 members.
Marlay Guild was set up in 1993 and has been marked by a high level of member interest and participation. This facilitates considerable community integration and provides many opportunities for personal development.
